All participants must comply with the safety and conduct rules established herein.

3. RESERVATIONS

All reservations are subject to availability.

A quotation or request for information does not guarantee availability and does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Full payment at the time of booking

A partial deposit

Payment of the remaining balance before the service

Payment of the remaining balance on the day of service when specifically authorized

The solution offered will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws.

8. REFUNDS

When a refund applies, República Explorer Tours will process it using the payment method or system available for the original transaction.
